Hi! I’m Darius Foroux, an entrepreneur and author.

darius foroux

I research how to (1) overcome procrastination, (2) improve productivity, and (3) achieve more meaningful things.

I don’t have all the answers and secrets to living a successful life, but I’m happy to share the things that I’ve learned until now from studying high performing people, books, my mentors, and my own personal experience.

My mission is to help the 100,000+ monthly readers of my blog to live a useful life that matters. With every article I write, podcast episode I record, and video I make, I want to inspire you to take action so you can get the most out of life.

The main place I share my articles is my newsletter. If you join us, I will send you new articles every week.

I’ll also send you my best ebook ‘How To Go From Procrastinate Hero To Procrastinate Zero’ for free when you join. In that book, I share everything I’ve learned about productive habits and overcoming procrastination.

What I Write About

There’s one question at the core of my work: How can we live a useful life that matters?

I don’t like vague terms such as a “good life” or a “better life.” Instead, I strive for living a life of usefulness, contribution, and happiness.

I’m inspired by Ralph Waldo Emerson, who said:

“The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.”

It comes down to this: What are you DOING that’s making a difference?

That’s why I write a lot about taking action and high performance. Because if we want to be useful, we have to overcome our inner obstacles and get to work.

Being useful is a mindset. And like with any mindset, it starts with a decision. One day I woke up and thought to myself: What am I doing for this world? The answer was nothing.

And that same day I started writing. For you it can be painting, creating a product, helping elderly, or anything you feel like doing.

Don’t take it too seriously. Don’t overthink it. Just DO something that’s useful. Start by joining the thousands of other readers who get my newsletter. Together, we inspire each other to take more action.
